Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Faulty or incorrect items may be returned within 28 days, but must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Customized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refund.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items showing signs of misuse or wear.
  • Items without original packaging or invoice.

How to Return:

  • In-Store Return: Visit any of our branches with the item and invoice. Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Courier Return:
    1. Email us at info@emz.gneie.net with your order number, items for return, and pickup location.
    2. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.
    3. Prepare the item(s) in original packaging with tags.
    4. A courier will contact you to arrange collection.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Paid by the customer.
  • Equivalent to the original shipping fee.
  • Customs fees (if any) on international orders are non-refundable.

Processing & Refund Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Expect refund within 14–30 days, depending on your bank/card provider.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank/credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank/credit card company.
  3. If unresolved, email us at info@emz.gneie.net.

Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged only if defective or damaged.
  • Contact info@emz.gneie.net before sending the item.
  • Send to: 190 Banafseg 7, 1st Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt.

Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:
    • A gift credit will be issued once the return is processed.
  • If gifted indirectly (e.g. shipped to the gift giver first):
    • Refund goes to the gift giver.
